The Governing Committee has constituted the following two Sub - Committees:
This Sub-Committee will look into Administrative and Financial matters and take decisions, which will be ratified by the Governing Committee.
- 1 Secretary to Government, Labour Welfare and Skill Development Department.
- 2 Commissioner of Labour.
- 3 Secretary to Government, Finance Department.
- 4 Director, Tamilnadu Institute of Labour Studies.
This Sub-committee will look into matters pertaining to training programmes, Diploma and Degree programmes, all research activities, and take decisions which will be ratified by the Governing Committee .

- 2 Secretary to Government, Labour Welfare and Skill Development Department.
- 3 Commissioner of Labour.
